What should I bring?

●      Comfortable workout attire

●      Closed toe footwear

●      Water bottle

●      Towel

How many participants per class?

To ensure personalised attention and a supportive environment, each class will be capped at 6 participants.

Who will lead my class?

Our classes are expertly led by our superstar physio’s who will guide you through each session, providing expert instruction and ensure you’re safely challenged in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

What’s the class schedule?

Classes are 50 minutes long and are offered twice a week, starting in October for Term 4.

  • Wednesday PM: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

  • Friday AM: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

What is the length of enrollment in the small group classes?

Our classes align with the Victorian school terms, running for 9-11 weeks per term. Enrollment is available as a package for the entire term.

What do I do if I can’t make it to the class?

If you miss a class within the term, you can:

●      Attend a make-up session: join an alternative session within the same week.

●      Double up: attend two classes in a week to catch up

Please note that make-up sessions are only valid within the current school term and cannot be carried over to future terms.

What is the 1-on-1 pre-screening process?

Before starting the class, you’ll need to have an initial assessment with one of our Physiotherapists. This helps us:

●      Understand your medical history: reviewing any injury or health concerns.

●      Assess your movement: identify any injuries or restrictions that we need to be aware of.

●      Demonstrate key exercises: ensure you’re familiar with our equipment and movements you’ll be doing during the classes.

●      Establish your starting point: tailor the exercises to your needs.

What will be included during the workout?

Each session features:

●      A short warm up: to prepare your body for exercise.

●      Structured exercise plan: A mix of whole-body strengthening and aerobic exercise to improve your overall health.
